We guarantee that each of the transactions made in DermMatch Europe is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank data are performed using a secure environment. DermMatch Europe uses a server based on SSL (Secure Socked Layer) standard security technology. All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data on your credit card are not registered in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the Bank.

In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are the holder of a “secured” card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store.

In the event that your card is not adhered to this payment system, DermMatch Europe will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to customers with age and reliability shown above.

In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and DermMatch Europe will bring legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store

Minimum Purchase Age

The minimum age to buy products in DermMatch Europe is 16 years, which will be credited in the automated order process.

Shipping and Return Policies

At DermMatch Europe we know how important it is for our clients to maintain their privacy. All packages are confidential.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15 of Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). For this, it is enough that you notify us, indicating the order number and detailing Your customer name, address, contact phone number and the reasons for withdrawal (non-mandatory field).

The product must be returned the same as it was delivered, that is, WITHOUT USING. No returns will be made on items that have their original container opened or damaged.

All expenses arising from what the return entails are the responsibility of the customer.

On the return of an order: The monetary amount that you will receive will be the order amount that you paid less the shipping costs of the product and less the monetary amount that PayPal discounted us when we received your payment (if I pay with PayPal).

Monetary returns are not made until DermMatch Europe does not receive the product you want to return.

DermMatch Spain advises on the choice of its DermMatch color; however, DermMatch Europe is not responsible for any bad color advice that may be made. Because the photos of your hair may reflect a hair tone different from your real tone.

Returns and exchanges

Our promise to our customers is to offer the absolute best quality, guaranteed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days, counting from the time of receipt of your order, to return it. For this reason, it will suffice that you indicate your order number and your client number, your address, telephone number and the reasons for your dissatisfaction (this is not obligatory).

The product must be returned the same as it was delivered, UNUSED. No refunds will be made on articles of which the original recipient has been opened or damaged.

All costs related to any return are the responsibility of the client.

Upon return of your order: the refund you will receive will be the cost of the order that you have paid, minus the cost of return (the company shipping cost and the company shipping return cost, including customs cost if the shipping is outside Europe).

Monetary refunds will not be processed until DermMatch Europe receives the product that you want to return.

DermMatch Europe may advise you on your choice of DermMatch colour; however, DermMatch Europe cannot be held responsible in the event of an inaccurate assessment of colour, due to the fact that photos may misrepresent your actual hair colour.
