DermMatch shipping

We ship DermMatch worldwide, offering discreet, tracked shipping across Europe and selected international destinations.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

All shipments are insured and include a tracking number.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email with the information related to your purchase and shipment.

When an order is shipped with DHL Global Mail, the parcel may be handed over to the national postal service of the destination country. Tracking information will allow you to follow the shipment and, when applicable, identify the local delivery operator.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country, region, locality, customs procedures or carrier logistics.

In many European destinations, orders shipped with DHL Global Mail are delivered by the national postal service of the destination country.

Once you receive your tracking email, you will be able to follow the shipment and, when applicable, check the local postal operator responsible for final delivery in your country.

International shipping quote on request: if your country is not available at checkout or you need a specific shipping option, please contact us before placing your order. We will review the destination and, when possible, provide a shipping quote for your country.

Please note that international shipments outside Europe may be subject to customs controls, import duties, taxes, documentation requests or additional charges in the destination country. These costs, requirements and possible delays are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price paid to DermMatch Europe.

At DermMatch Europe, we understand how important privacy is for our customers.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel.

We do our best to ensure confidentiality with every shipment.

Returns and exchanges

We are committed to offering high-quality products and attentive customer service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To process a return, please contact us and provide:

  • your order number
  • your full name
  • your address
  • your telephone number
  • the reason for the return, if you wish to indicate it

Return conditions

The product must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for items whose original packaging has been opened, used, manipulated, damaged or altered.

All shipping and handling costs arising from a return or a color exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facilities.

For any accepted return, the refund will be issued for the amount paid, minus any shipping costs incurred.

Failed delivery, incorrect address and reshipment costs

If an order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond DermMatch Europe’s control, such as an incomplete address, incorrect delivery details, absence of the recipient, failure to collect the parcel or refusal of delivery, the parcel may be returned to our facilities.

In these cases, a new shipment can be arranged only after the parcel has been returned and the reshipment cost has been paid by the customer.

Important: DHL Express reshipments are not automatically offered at the standard checkout price. If the customer requests DHL Express again, the real cost of the new shipment will be calculated and confirmed before dispatch.

If the customer does not wish to pay for a new shipment and requests a refund, the refund will be processed after the returned parcel has been received and inspected, minus the shipping costs and any additional costs generated by the return.

Customs and refused international orders

For orders shipped outside Europe, DermMatch Europe is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, documentation requests or additional charges that may apply in the destination country.

These charges, requirements and possible delays are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If a package is refused, cannot be cleared through customs, or is returned to our facilities, the refund cannot be processed until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Once the returned order has been received, the refund will be issued minus the real shipping cost and any additional costs resulting from the return of the package.

Color advice

Our team can help you choose the most suitable DermMatch color.

However, DermMatch Europe cannot be held responsible for an incorrect color choice, as photographs may not always reflect the true color of your hair with complete accuracy.

If you are unsure between two colors, contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to guide you.
