🔄 Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to offering high-quality products and attentive customer service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions
The product must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for items whose original packaging has been opened, used, or damaged.

Refund
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at our facilities.
For any accepted return, the refund will be issued for the amount paid, minus any shipping costs incurred.
🌍 Customs and Refused International Orders
For orders shipped outside Europe, DermMatch Europe is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If a package is refused and returned to our facilities, the refund cannot be processed until the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Once the returned order has been received, the refund will be issued minus the real shipping cost and any additional costs resulting from the return of the package.
