At DermMatch Europe, we are committed to offering the highest quality products.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 business days from the date you receive your parcel.

To request a return, please contact us and include:

• Full name and address

• Reason for return (optional)

Return conditions

• Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as delivered.

• We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged.

Return shipping costs

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after DermMatch Europe receives and inspects the returned item(s).

The refunded amount equals the price paid for the product(s), minus any shipping costs incurred by DermMatch Europe, including:

• Original shipping cost (paid by DermMatch Europe)

• Return shipping cost (paid by DermMatch Europe if applicable)

• Customs fees (for returns outside Europe)
