Our commitment is to offer our customers the highest possible quality and guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To process a return, you must contact us and provide:

Return Conditions
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused.
Returns will not be accepted for items whose original packaging has been opened, used, or damaged.
All shipping and handling costs arising from a return or a color exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
Refunds will only be processed once we have received and checked the returned product at our facilities.
For any accepted return, the refunded amount will be the amount paid for the order, minus the shipping costs incurred.
🌍 Customs and Refused International Orders
For orders shipped outside Europe, DermMatch Europe is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If the customer refuses the package for any reason and it is returned to our facilities, the refund cannot be processed until we have received the returned goods.
Once the returned order has been received, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded minus the real shipping cost and any additional costs resulting from the return or return shipment of the package.
