Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days, counting from the time of receipt of your order, to return it. (According to article 44 of the Law 7/1996 of the 15th of January of the Ordenance of Small Businesses, modified by the Law 47/2002 of the 19th of December.) For this reason, it will suffice that you indicate your order number and your client number, your address, telephone number and the reasons for your dissatisfaction (this is not obligatory).
The product must be returned the same as it was delivered, UNUSED. No refunds will be made on articles of which the original recipient has been opened or damaged.
All costs related to any return are the responsibility of the client.
Upon return of your order: the refund you will receive will be the cost of the order that you have paid, minus the cost of return (the company shipping cost and the company shipping return cost, including customs cost if the shipping is outside Europe).
Monetary refunds will not be processed until DermMatch Europe receives the product that you want to return.
DermMatch Europe may advise you on your choice of DermMatch colour; however, DermMatch Europe cannot be held responsible in the event of an inaccurate assessment of colour, due to the fact that photos may misrepresent your actual hair colour.
