No. DermMatch does not stimulate hair growth.

Applying DermMatch is simple.

Lightly moisten the EZ Applicator, rub it over the DermMatch disc until it picks up color, and apply it to areas with thinning hair, bald spots or visible scalp.

Then comb or brush your hair to distribute the product and achieve a more natural-looking finish.

Yes. DermMatch can help temporarily disguise grey roots, white hair or grey areas.

The effect is temporary and lasts until the next shampoo wash.

For grey, silver or white hair, you can choose between Silver Grey and White, depending on the predominant tone of your hair.

DermMatch is easy to remove with water and shampoo.

Simply wash your hair and scalp, gently massaging the applied area.

If necessary, you can repeat the wash.

Look in the mirror and observe the root color in the area with lower hair density. That is usually the shade you should choose.

If you dye your hair one single color, choose that same tone.

If your ends are lighter and your roots are darker, use the root color as your reference.

If your hair color falls between two shades or if your hair is becoming grey, you can blend shades to achieve a more natural-looking result.

If you are unsure between two tones, it is usually better to choose the darker shade.

Yes. All DermMatch orders are shipped in discreet packaging.

No information on the outside of the parcel reveals the contents of the order.

For more than three decades, it has been used by men and women looking to disguise bald spots, thinning hair, alopecia or visible scalp with a natural-looking result.

Yes. DermMatch Europe ships across Europe and to selected international destinations outside Europe.

If your country is not available at checkout or you need a specific shipping option, you can contact us before placing your order and we will review the destination when possible.

International shipments outside Europe may be subject to customs controls, import duties, taxes, documentation requests or additional charges in the destination country. These costs and requirements are the responsibility of the recipient.

For European orders, free shipping is normally carried out through DHL Global Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2–6 business days.

DHL Express is also available for European orders, with an estimated delivery time of 24/72 hours, normally for an additional cost of 25 €. DHL Express is free from 12 units ordered.

For international orders outside Europe, delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and the local postal service.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the region, carrier logistics or exceptional circumstances.

Orders shipped with DHL Global Mail may be handed over to the national postal service of the destination country for final delivery.

Once you receive your tracking email, you will be able to follow the shipment and, when applicable, check the local postal operator responsible for final delivery in your country.

You can pay for your DermMatch order using:

If you need help with payment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

If an order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond DermMatch Europe’s control, such as an incomplete address, incorrect delivery details, absence of the recipient, failure to collect the parcel or refusal of delivery, the parcel may be returned to our facilities.

In these cases, a new shipment can be arranged only after the parcel has been returned and the reshipment cost has been paid by the customer.

For DHL Global Mail, the standard reshipment cost is usually 10 € for eligible destinations. DHL Express reshipments are calculated according to the real shipping cost.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 working days from the date of delivery to request a return.

The product must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for items whose packaging has been opened, used, manipulated, damaged or altered.

For any accepted return, the refund will be issued for the amount paid, minus any shipping costs incurred.

Yes. We can review proposals from resellers, hair salons, barbershops, hair clinics, beauty stores, online shops or distributors interested in selling DermMatch.
